01. Your use of the service
Use RevConvo for the sales conversations and workflows your organization authorizes. Keep your account information accurate and use the service in accordance with your agreement.
02. Accounts and workspaces
Workspace administrators manage access and shared content. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for notifying the team if you believe access has been compromised.
03. Your content and permissions
Only provide material you are authorized to use. Your organization is responsible for the permissions needed to process meeting audio, customer information, and uploaded documents.
04. AI assistance and review
AI-generated suggestions can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review answers, summaries, record changes, and follow-up drafts before relying on them or sharing them with others.
05. Commercial terms
The applicable order or agreement sets out your subscription, fees, and any specific usage terms. Discuss the intended setup with the team before starting a paid service.
