Review the relevant hosted providers, access arrangements, security measures, and any applicable transfer mechanisms as part of your procurement process.
04. Assistance and data handling
The agreement sets out the applicable arrangements for data requests, security incidents, retention, and returning or deleting data when the relationship ends.
